The Beginner Course is the foundation course at WikiMobi Glontech Academy. It is designed for absolute beginners — including students fresh out of secondary school, career-switchers, and small business owners who want to add phone repair as a service.

Over 10 intensive days you go from never having opened a phone, to confidently performing the most common repair jobs that walk into any phone shop in Malaysia.

What You'll Learn

• Smartphone hardware fundamentals — what's inside, what each part does
• Tool handling — heat, suction, spudger, screwdriver, ESD safety
• Disassembly & reassembly of iPhone, Samsung, and major Android brands
• Screen / LCD / OLED replacement — including frame separation
• Battery replacement & calibration
• Charging port assembly swap
• Camera, speaker, microphone modules
• Basic diagnostic flow — narrowing down a fault systematically
• Customer service basics — how to quote, how to manage warranty

Course Logistics

Duration: 10 days, full-time at our Ampang HQ.
Class size: Small — bench time per student matters more than headcount.
Certificate: G-LON Technology China official certificate.
Materials: All tools and practice devices provided. Take-home toolkit available as add-on.
HRDF: Claimable for eligible Malaysian employees.
