The Advanced CPU Course is for technicians who already do screen and battery work but want to move into the most lucrative part of the repair industry: chip-level motherboard repair. This is what separates a screen-swap shop from a true repair specialist — and it's where the highest customer fees, and the highest customer gratitude, come from.

What You'll Master

• Hot-air rework station & microscope work
• BGA reballing — stencil work, paste, profile control
• NAND flash repair, swap, and data recovery
• PMIC (Power Management IC) diagnosis & replacement
• Tristar / charging IC repair
• Schematic reading — Apple A11 through A15, common Android SoCs
• Bench power supply diagnostics & short isolation
• Audio IC, baseband, touch IC and backlight circuit
• iPhone error code troubleshooting (4013, 4014, 9, 14)

Course Logistics

Duration: 2–4 months depending on cohort and pace.
Prereq: Beginner Course or equivalent shop experience.
Certificate: Advanced G-LON certificate, plus eligibility for SKM Level 3.
HRDF: Claimable for eligible Malaysian employees.
